Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping

I will endeavour to ship within 5 working days of your purchase, please allow longer if you require framing.

All artwork will be securely wrapped, insured and sent by trackable mail/courier. If fairly local, I will arrange to personally deliver.

Returns

In the unfortunate event that you need to return your purchase, please be aware of the following terms and conditions:

Damages- If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the package please do not sign for the delivery and contact me immediately. If you notice damage upon unpacking your purchase, contact me within 24 hours of it’s receipt with digital images of the damage. For damaged purchases, I will refund in full within 30 days and pay all return P&P costs provided you have a proof of postage receipt.

Change of Heart- To initiate a return due to change of mind, please send an email to melodymaker@jennysexton.com within 14 days of your receipt with full details, including reason for return. In this event, the cost of return P&P will be for your account.

Please always return in the original packaging where possible.

Artwork should be returned via trackable mail/courier to Galley View, 2 Pemberton Field, South Fambridge, SS4 3BF.

All refunds will be executed upon safe return to me.

These terms and conditions only apply for artworks advertised for sale. For commission work, please contact me for further details as these terms differ with regard to refunds.
